BLURRED BOUNDARIES is primarily a filmed study on the Sicilian Mafia and the social anti-mafia in Western Sicily, Palermo and the Province of Trapani. But the associated articles represent an important element.

Meanwhile you are invited to make your own journey throught he films, following the themes that may interest you.

This project is offering a new way of thinking about  visual ethnography, and how to use it, which may be more useful to anthropology than just one-off ethnographic films, however good they each may be.
